c 1958 Sheaffer Admiral Snorkel Fountain Pen, Restored

Description

The pen is in very good condition; it measures 5.6 inches in the closed position. There are no deep scratches, cracks, chips, splits or teeth marks on the pen body or cap, there are a few posting scratches on the end of the barrel. The gold plated trim is excellent, with no plating loss, dents or dings. The Touchdown Snorkel filling system has been properly repaired and the pen fills as designed. The 14k nib is an extra fine point; it’s been adjusted for smooth writing and proper ink flow. The imprint is excellent.
